How to Store and Reheat
Store air fryer pizza in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 4 days. Using an air fryer to reheat pizza keeps it crispy. Preheat the air fryer to 350°F and cook for 3-5 minutes, or until warmed through.
How to Freeze
Freeze air fryer pizza whole or cut into individual slices in an airtight container or Ziplock bag for up to 3 months. Let thaw overnight in the refrigerator before reheating.
Serving Suggestions
I can easily enjoy one of these pizzas by itself, but you can serve it up with these favorite sides for a real feast. I like it with Caprese Salad, Shoestring Fries, Creamy Coleslaw, or Cheesy Garlic Rolls. Let’s face it, there’s no wrong way to serve up a delicious homemade pizza!
You can find pre-made pizza dough in the refrigerated section of most grocery stores, or stop by your local pizza restaurant and buy some of their pre-made dough (most restaurants offer their dough for purchase).
Absolutely! Use ½ cup of your favorite homemade sauce per pizza.
I don’t recommend it. Without partially cooking the dough before adding the toppings, the crust will be undercooked.
I made these pizzas using a 4-quart air fryer.

How to Make Air Fryer Pizza Step by Step
Prep: Preheat your air fryer to 375°F.
Divide the Dough: Divide 1 pound of pizza dough in half. Lightly sprinkle your work surface with cornmeal or flour. Roll out the dough into circles the size of the air fryer basket. Cover one-half of the dough while preparing the first pizza.
Cook the Dough: Spray the air fryer basket with nonstick spray. Place 1 circle of dough into the air fryer basket. Lightly spray the top of the dough with nonstick spray. Cook for 3 minutes.
Add the Sauce: Remove the basket from the air fryer (the dough will still look slightly raw) and spread ¼ cup of pizza sauce on top of the crust.
Top the Pizza: Sprinkle ½ cup of shredded mozzarella cheese and ¼ teaspoon of dried oregano on top of the sauce.
Cook the Pizza: Cook for another 3-5 minutes, or until the dough is cooked through and the cheese has melted. Times may vary depending on your air fryer. Repeat steps 5-8 with the second half of the pizza dough. Garnish with fresh basil and grated Parmesan cheese, slice, and serve.
