Made this for dinner two nights ago. My son and i are allergic to shrimp, so i used more scallops and crab. My lasagna noodles were all broken in the package, so i used some jumbo shells i had. Delicious recipe!

I made this on Christmas Eve. It was fabulous and will grace our Christmas eve table again next year. The wine added a more sophisticated flavor which everyone enjoyed. The ingredients listed red pepper flakes but I couldn’t find this referenced in the instructions so I added to the white sauce. I think you could add even more red pepper flakes. I made this in a regular sized casserole pan and adjusted the layers. It worked well. I am wondering if it could be made ahead and frozen?
