How to Make a Chicken Caesar Wrap Step by Step
Prep the Chicken: Place 1½ pounds of sliced boneless, skinless chicken breasts in a bowl. Add in 2 tablespoons of olive oil, the juice of ½ lemon, ½ teaspoon of kosher salt, ½ teaspoon of garlic powder, ½ teaspoon of onion powder, and ¼ teaspoon of ground black pepper. Toss the chicken until it’s fully coated. Heat the remaining 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a skillet set over medium heat. Once heated, add in the chicken, cooking on both sides for 3-4 minutes until browned on the edges and cooked through. Allow the chicken to cool a bit.
Fill the Wraps: In a salad bowl, toss together 4 cups of chopped romaine lettuce, 1 cup of croutons, ⅓ cup of Caesar dressing, and ¼ cup of shredded Parmesan cheese. Place an equal amount of the salad in the middle of each of 4 large flour tortillas, then top with cooked chicken.
