• ▢ ½ cup salted butter 113 grams, room temperature (1 stick)
• ▢ 2 cups dark brown sugar 426 grams
• ▢ 1½ teaspoons ground cinnamon 5 grams
• ▢ ¾ cup unsweetened cocoa powder 63 grams

Instructions

• In the bowl of a stand mixer fitted with the paddle attachment, cream the butter, sugar, and cinnamon together.
  ½ cup salted butter, 2 cups dark brown sugar, 1½ teaspoons ground cinnamon
• Slowly incorporate the cocoa and mix until relatively smooth. It should be the consistency of a sugar scrub. Transfer to an airtight container until ready to use.
