Easy Foil Packet Recipes
Foil Packet recipes are the definition of easy recipes. Just use aluminum foil to create your packets, throw in the ingredients (some might need to be cooked before this step), and then bake or grill! Not only is the cooking part easy, but clean up is a cinch. No pots and pans to scrub because everything was contained inside the foil packets. And let’s be honest, cleaning is the least fun part of cooking!

Hey great recipe, but we need to start eliminating aluminum from our environment including in our foods. It is one of the heavy metals that are toxic to our bodies. It’s linked to breast cancer and causing Alzheimer’s and Demitia , so it’s toxic to our brains
You suggest that we eliminate aluminum from our environment something that individuals are very accustomed to using but you never mentioned any alternatives. Do you have any suggestions next time it will be a great idea to mention some 😊
I’m eliminating foil also, always looking for alternatives for it, years ago I noticed that is was leaching into my meals after getting so hot in the oven, it’s not the same quality we had years ago when it was safe, they have made it so cheaply now and it’s toxic to us, all about them making more money 😖
This was the worst recipe to get due to the ridiculous number of advertisements. I use most of these products so I was very annoyed that they allowed this annoyance. I will not follow these recipes again
Hi Marianne- There’s a “jump to recipe” link at the top of every post and you can hit “print” within every recipe card to get a print friendly version without any ads. Hope that helps! Have a great week.
This looks wonderful and easy! Is the nutritional analysis for the whole recipe rather than per four servings? Looks very high for one serving, so was curious! Thank you!
Hey! Each packet is about 1000 calories, but should serve two. I updated the recipe :)
I have made this several times now and it is so yum! Had to get on here and thank you for it!
SO happy to hear that!!!
Very good, I think I found the knowledge I needed. I will see and refer some information in your post. thank you.

How long do u cook it in a 350 oven ?
Heat grill to medium high heat (or heat oven to 350F)
In a large skillet, brown beef over medium high heat. When almost browned, toss in the tomatoes and green chiles (both fully drained) and stir to combine. Remove from heat and set aside.
