Becky is a wife and mother living in Saint Louis Missouri. She founded The Cookie Rookie in 2012 as a creative way to share recipes. Now, she is a trusted resource for easy cooking around the world, being featured in Taste of Home, The Kitchn, ABC’s Home and Family, and more. Here at The Cookie Rookie she is the editor in chief of all recipes and continues to enjoy sharing her passion for cooking for busy families. She has since founded two additional food blogs, Easy Chicken Recipes and Easy Dessert Recipes.

Courtney has been working with The Cookie Rookie since 2018. She’s been writing and blogging for 15 years, with particular passions for cooking, travel, and fashion. Her love of food flourished while working on an organic vegetable farm, where she realized how fun and flavorful fresh veggies could be. She enjoys cooking pasta and veggie-filled dishes, and always goes for quick and simple recipes!

Samantha has worked at The Cookie Rookie since April 2022 and has 5 years of prior experience as a transcript editor across media, technology, and pharmaceuticals. She is the final set of eyes on our recipes before they are published and makes sure the measurements are accurate and the instructions are clear. She also provides guidance for frequently asked questions with her extensive cooking knowledge. She is an avid home cook with 10+ years of experience and makes homemade ice cream in her free time.

Originally from Austria and currently residing in the UK, Sabine Venier infuses her passion for homemade cooking into The Cookie Rookie. As the former proprietor of a successful food blog, Also the Crumbs Please. Her culinary expertise spans a broad spectrum. Sabine’s culinary journey was rooted in the cherished family recipes taught by her mother, nurturing a profound appreciation for fresh, homemade ingredients. Sabine has gained recognition as a recipe developer and food photographer, with her work featured in various magazines and online platforms. Her innovative recipes have appeared in prestigious publications such as Forbes, Parade, and Rachael Ray Everyday. As a published cookbook author (The Chocolate Addict’s Baking Book), she is excited to share her practical and easy-to-follow recipes with The Cookie Rookie community. At The Cookie Rookie, Sabine brings an extensive experience and a unique perspective to cooking and baking.

Laurel has been a professional food videographer and recipe developer since 2014. She has a cooking blog, Darn Good Veggies. Her work can be seen across the internet and on The Cookie Rookie. When not cooking, she spends her time with her husband and sons, wanders as many farmers markets as she can, and sneaks in a fitness class as often as possible.

In 2014, after a decade of work in the HR and Technical Communication fields, Krista decided to follow her passion for healthy cooking by starting a food blog, Destination Delish. Along the way, she honed her recipe development and food photography skills, and today, she is thrilled to be helping others in the food blogging space to develop and photograph mouth-watering recipes. Krista lives in Shoreview, Minnesota with her husband and two children. Outside of the kitchen, she enjoys exploring the Twin Cities food scene, cheering for her fave Minnesota sports teams, sweating on her Peloton, and jamming out to 90s and 2000s hits.

Marsha is a professional recipe developer, videographer, and the Senior Content Manager for the food blog, Budget Bytes. In addition to creating budget-friendly recipes at budget bytes, Marsha also manages her own food blog, Maple Jubilee. Marsha's love for cooking started in 2016 after being diagnosed with breast cancer. She decided to leave corporate America and follow her passion for sharing delicious, wholesome recipes. Marsha is a native of Nashville, Tn and enjoys spending time with her husband, three children, and sharing her bubbly personality on her YouTube channel!
