How to Make Sheet Pan Pork Chops Step by Step
Prep: Preheat the oven to 425°F and spray a large baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray. Set aside.
Oil the Pork Chops: Set 4 bone-in pork chops on a plate and drizzle 1 tablespoon of olive oil on both sides.
Season the Pork Chops: Open the 1.06-ounce McCormick Grill Mates Zesty Herb Marinade Seasoning Mix packet and shake it into a small bowl. Using your fingers, sprinkle half of the seasoning packet on each side, and rub gently into your pork chops. Set seasoned pork chops aside to rest.
Cook the Potatoes: In a large bowl, pour in 3 cups of halved yellow baby potatoes, and drizzle them with 1-2 tablespoons of olive oil. Sprinkle the other half of the seasoning from your packet, and toss to coat. Gather your prepared sheet pan and place potatoes on ⅓ of the pan. Place sheet pan in the oven for 10-15 minutes.
Season the Green Beans: While the potatoes are cooking, place 3 cups of trimmed fresh green beans into a medium bowl. Drizzle with 1 tablespoon of olive oil and season with ½ teaspoon of kosher salt, ¼ teaspoon of ground black pepper, and ½ teaspoon garlic powder until coated.
Cook the Pork Chops: Remove your pan from the oven and turn the potatoes for even cooking. Place the pork chops in the center of the pan and return to the oven for 10 minutes.
Cook the Green Beans: When the timer goes off, add your green beans to the sheet pan and cook for 10-20 minutes more, or until all veggies and potatoes are fork tender, and the pork reaches an internal temperature of 145°F with a meat thermometer stuck into the thickest part of the pork chop. Serve on the sheet pan with a generous sprinkle of Parmesan cheese on the potatoes, if you like!
Pretty good for my first attempt … although the chops were not a big as normal so probably would
Have benefitted from less cooking tome. Bit still tasty
