I have always loved s’mores and this toasted s’mores martini with marshmallow vodka is one of my cocktails! With layers of cream, marshmallow vodka, and chocolate liqueur all you need is a graham cracker rim. I just think these are so cute, and it makes it even better that they seriously taste like a toasted s’more fresh out of the fire.

S’mores are one of my favorite sweets of all time. I even had a s’mores bar at my wedding in lieu of a cake! They remind me of camping and family time. I may love s’mores but I don’t necessarily want to have to camp in the cold and dirt to enjoy them. This toasted s’mores martini with marshmallow vodka is the perfect way for me to enjoy the ultimate flavors of Fall while still being indoors in the comfort of my own home.
What’s in This S’mores Martini Recipe?
- Chocolate Syrup: Helps the crushed graham crackers stick to the glass. I used Hershey’s, but any kind will work.
- Graham Crackers: Crushed graham crackers create a crunchy and flavorful rim.
- Chocolate Liqueur: Adds a rich chocolatey flavor to the drink. I originally used Godiva (which has since been discontinued), but any brand will work. Use milk or dark according to your personal preferences.
- Marshmallow Vodka: Adds a sweet marshmallow flavor to the drink. I used Smirnoff Fluffed, but again, any brand will work.
- Heavy Cream: Thickens the drink, making it rich and indulgent.
- Marshmallow: Toast it up for the perfect garnish!

Tips for Success
- Make the rim first! It’s really hard to smear the chocolate syrup on the rim after the fact.
- If you want the drink to be layered, pour each part very slowly over an upside-down spoon. If you think you’re pouring slow enough, slow down!
- Pre-toasting the marshmallow is really important to make this drink go off without a hitch. You just want to brown them slightly, so that they will light quickly once you’re ready to serve your drinks.
- To turn this drink into a s’mores shooter, halve the recipe and use mini marshmallows!
5-Star Review
“Wow! Just made this tonight after months of longing and admiration! So worth the wait! Thank you. Now to figure out what to do with a bottle of marshmallow vodka haha” -Sheri
Cannot find marshmallow vodka anywhere! What is a good substitute?
Whipped Svedka vodka? Or any other suggestions I’m open to! SOS!
Whipped or vanilla vodka would work well!
I just have a clarification. Is the drink made from just cream, vodka and liqueur for a total of 2 oz (1:4 cup) drink? Just making sure there isn’t a missing ingredient
Thank you, looks delicious!
Correct!
Insted of the marshmellow Vodka, can I use vanilla vodka?
It may alter the flavor a little bit, but you can definitely give it a shot!
I’m making these for my special tonight at the world famous Tic Toc room tonight.
I did swap out the vodka for spiced rum and a few other tweaks.
That looks amazing, Brandon!
When you say stir the cocktail with the stick? Do you mean with the marshmallow on it? So it kind of mixes / melts into the drink?
Ok … Now i have to google marshmallow vodka. Ha ha ha
It’s so good!! :)
