Air Fryer Mushrooms Recipe
Super simple and super delicious -these Air Fryer Mushrooms are tossed in oil and garlic then cooked to perfection in the air fryer. An easy appetizer or side dish for any occasion!

- 16 ounces baby portobello mushrooms
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- ½ teaspoon kosher salt
- ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
Wash and dry the mushrooms. Preheat the air fryer to 390°F.

Chop the mushrooms in half.
Transfer to a medium bowl and add remaining ingredients. Toss until well combined.

Transfer to the air fryer basket. Cook for 9-10 minutes, flipping halfway.
Remove from basket and transfer to a serving dish.
- Quickly rinse the mushrooms. Avoid soaking them in water.
- Do not crowd the mushrooms in the air fryer, or else they won't get crispy. Fry in 2 batches if necessary.
- Feel free to customize this recipe with your favorite seasonings.
