Air Fryer Mushrooms Recipe

Super simple and super delicious -these Air Fryer Mushrooms are tossed in oil and garlic then cooked to perfection in the air fryer. An easy appetizer or side dish for any occasion!

Ingredients

  • 16 ounces baby portobello mushrooms
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • ½ teaspoon kosher salt
  • ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper

Instructions

  • Wash and dry the mushrooms. Preheat the air fryer to 390°F.

  • Chop the mushrooms in half.

  • Transfer to a medium bowl and add remaining ingredients. Toss until well combined.

  • Transfer to the air fryer basket. Cook for 9-10 minutes, flipping halfway.

  • Remove from basket and transfer to a serving dish.

Notes

  • Quickly rinse the mushrooms. Avoid soaking them in water.
  • Do not crowd the mushrooms in the air fryer, or else they won't get crispy. Fry in 2 batches if necessary.
  • Feel free to customize this recipe with your favorite seasonings.
  • Serve as an appetizer or side dish.
Storage: Store air fryer mushrooms in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days or in the freezer for up to 10 months.
