Buttered Noodles Recipe

Egg noodles, butter, and garlic make one delicious, easy, and comforting dish that's sure to please everyone at the table!

Ingredients

  • 16 ounces dry egg noodles (1 bag)
  • 6 tablespoons unsalted butter (¾ stick)
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • ¼ cup chopped fresh parsley
  • Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
  • Freshly grated Parmesan cheese optional, for topping

Instructions

  • Cook the egg noodles to al dente according to package directions.
    16 ounces dry egg noodles
  • Drain the noodles. Then, add them back to the pan.
  • Stir in the butter, garlic, and fresh parsley. Add salt and pepper to taste.
    6 tablespoons unsalted butter, 2 cloves garlic, ¼ cup chopped fresh parsley, Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
  • Serve with grated parmesan cheese.
