Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons dried rosemary
  • 2 tablespoons dried cracked fennel seed
  • 2 tablespoons dried French thyme
  • 2 tablespoons dried sweet basil
  • 2 tablespoons dried savory leaves
  • 1 tablespoon dried French tarragon
  • 1 tablespoon dried French lavender
  • 1 tablespoon dried chervil
  • 1 tablespoon dried dill
  • 2 teaspoons dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon dried marjoram leaves

Instructions

  • Whisk all ingredients together in a medium bowl. Pour into a tightly sealed jar and keep in a cool, dark location.

Notes

Yield: This recipe makes 1 cup of seasoning. A serving is ½ tablespoon.
Storage: Store herbs de Provence in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 months.
