- 1/3 cup buttermilk
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1/3 cup mayonnaise
- 1½ tablespoons minced fresh flat-leaf parsley
- 1 tablespoon minced fresh chives
- 1 teaspoon minced fresh dill
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
- ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
- 1-2 teaspoons white wine vinegar
- ¼ teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/8 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- ¼-½ teaspoon white sugar optional
In a large mixing bowl, combine buttermilk, sour cream and mayonnaise. Whisk until smooth.
Mix in parsley, chives, dill, onion powder, garlic powder, white wine vinegar, salt, black pepper and sugar.
Place in an airtight container and refrigerate at least one hour before serving.
Refrigerate up to one week.
